There are numerous activities in the Western NC mountains to make your visit as enjoyable as any vacation holiday you have experienced in the past.
If you like hiking, the Appalachian Trail is accessable from Hot Springs and there are various trailheads located a short driving distance away. There are also lots of places right here on the property to hike and view wildlife.
The Blue Ridge Parkway is the longest National Park in the US federal park system. It runs from Va. to North Carolina.
There are numerous waterfalls within a day trip of your cabin.
Mountain Biking trails are nearby.
There is access to fishing in front of the Cabin on the French Broad River and there are numerous others in the immediate area of the cabin and Hot Springs, NC.
If your are into golf, there are several nice golf courses throughout the area also.
